Interesting. It's kind of surprising that an academic press would acquire an extremely narrow focus and purely military (or at least that's my impression, I never did subscribe) magazine.
I have been following this, shall we say, behind the scenes for some months now. There is a major issue still lingering, but because I might have an interest in it, won't discuss it now. Hopefully soon.
