Boonsborough Museum of History

Ranger Mannie, on his blog, My Year of Living Rangerously, has posted an interesting photo gallery of some of the treasures in the local Boonsborough Museum of History, located a short distance from the Antietam National Battlefield.

I don't know if you've been there since, but you were in Boonesboro for my wedding dinner when you were 14. Do you remember it?

We have already covered this in a FB discussion, but no, I didn't remember the exact locale of that dinner. Turns out it was D. H. Hill's HQ during the Battle of South Mountain. That's a really cool place. I was reading the history at their website -- it was already about 130-years-old when the Battle of Antietam rolled around.
